Centering Prayer is a practice that leads to contemplation by opening oneself to God’s love, healing, and inner goodness; moreover, it nurtures the soul’s desire to grow in kindness and compassion towards all.
The online workshop offers a glimpse into this practice through short inputs on the method of centering prayer, along with times of silent practice together.
